NATURA FELICIA — RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Natura Felicia, every product is carefully handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients and packaged with care. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to be fair, transparent, and supportive while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

 

 


14-Day Satisfaction Promise

 

We want you to feel confident trying our products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at: support@naturafelicia.com


Because our products are skincare items, we do not accept physical returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.


Instead, once your request is reviewed, we may offer one of the following resolutions, at our discretion:


  • Personalised usage guidance
  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund (where appropriate)

Each request is assessed individually to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small-batch process.


Unused & Unopened Items

Unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.


  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in resale-ready condition

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


 

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue
  • Photos of the external and internal packaging


Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:


  • Shea butter and body balms
  • Oils
  • Skincare products
  • Facial massage tools and accessories


This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 


Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
